MMO Services’ strategy is to promote a culture of corporate social responsibility, taking actions for and with various stakeholder groups with the aim of directly or indirectly contributing to the social development of the countries in which it operates, MMO Works in three distinct pillars:
Contributors
MMO Services’ value proposition for Employees includes a wide range of benefits, which aims to contribute to improving the level of well-being of Employees and their families, encouraging the search for a balance between professional and personal life.
Valuing the Environment
MMO Services’ environmental policy is centered on three essential vectors aimed at minimizing direct environmental impacts and also minimizing indirect impacts, associated with the activity of its Clients, so we focus on the following initiatives:
- Afforestation of cities;
- City Cleaning;
- Campaigns to protect fauna and flora.
Cultural Activities / Educational Training
MMO Services materializes its engagement strategy with the external community essentially in four areas of activity:
- Promotion and support in the dissemination of local culture;
- Promotion of Education and Research through the program “a student a book” which aims to stimulate reading and encourage the incessant search for new challenges to do differently. These are books that aim to stimulate entrepreneurship and develop skills that are not acquired at school;
- Promotion of solidarity and charity actions;
- Participation in Community Activities.
